FIFA World Cup 2022 Illustrations

As a personal challenge, I created myself a project for the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar. I created a card-style illustration of every participating nation. These cards allowed me to create various graphics during the tournament.  I set up a few templates in which I could easily replace the card illustrations to create different graphics. In total I created 104 graphics with the 32 illustrations.

Country graphics
A graphic dedicated to each country, which I used as a countdown to the start of the World Cup by posting one graphic a day. The graphic features a full size card illustration with the nation's flag next to it.
Group graphics
This graphic shows the versatility of the card illustrations. Whether they are presented large or small in the graphic, they provide a consistent style. For presenting the World Cup groups, 4 cards can be used to create one single graphic.
Match graphics
A World Cup has a lot of matches, so every day there is a reason to post content. With this template I could use the cards to create a matchday graphic for all the 64 matches played during the tournament.
